What we collect
When you buy a ticket we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and a security PIN you create. We also record the date of purchase and the tickets associated with your order.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your tickets by email.
- To verify your identity if you need to recover lost tickets.
- To check you in at the event.
- To contact you about event updates or changes.
How your PIN is stored
Your security PIN is hashed before being stored. We never see or store the PIN in plain text. If you forget it, we cannot recover it — please contact us with your purchase details and we will verify another way.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we use to operate the event (email delivery, hosting, payment processing). We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing osideflavor@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We also use advertising and analytics tools (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics) to measure which ads and campaigns lead to ticket sales. When you complete a purchase we may send a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address and phone number to those platforms so the sale can be matched to the ad you clicked — your raw email and phone number are never shared for advertising.
You can turn all advertising and analytics tracking off at any time using the “Opt out” button in the notice at the bottom of the site, or by enabling your browser's Do Not Track / tracking-protection settings.
